About Us
American Pre-Stress Concrete, (“APC”), is a manufacturing company providing transportation, petrochemical and industrial infrastructure to Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. APC has two subsidiaries engaged in the pre-stressed concrete industry: Texas Concrete Partners, LP and Gulf Coast Pre-Stress Partners, Ltd, with manufacturing facilities in Waco, Texas, Victoria, Texas and Pass Christian, Mississippi.
We are proud to help keep America moving by providing dependable concrete components to a wide variety of industries. Our subsidiaries are fully certified by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) for quality in manufacturing pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products to strict industry standards.
Our product lines include concrete platforms for the petrochemical industry, precast segmental sections for long span bridges, and large diameter spun-cast cylinder pile for large foundation projects.
Our Companies
Texas Concrete Partners has been supplying pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete products such as square pilings, spun-cast cylinder piles, and girders since 1948. Its customers include the Texas Department of Transportation, Phillips Petroleum, Shell Oil Company, and Southern Pacific Railroad.
Since its founding in 1967, Gulf Coast Pre-Stress Partners has expanded from manufacturing pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete components for the bridge, marine, and structural industries to include major offerings for the petrochemical industry and major foundation projects.
